The facial menu includes Solei's Signature facial and a Deep Pore Cleansing facial, both one hour, along with a Dermaplaning facial and a Mini Facial + Massage combination that runs one hour and 45 minutes. Massage options include Solei's Swedish massage and Deep Tissue massage, each offered for 60 or 90 minutes, Maternity Massage in the same lengths, and a one-hour Cupping Therapy session.

Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas, with single-zone services starting at $12 and full back and full leg waxes at the upper end of the list. The spa uses honey hard wax and describes waxing as a skin-care treatment as well as hair removal and exfoliation. It says results can last up to three weeks with proper pre- and post-wax care, and the esthetician guides clients through that care.

The spa applies its cancellation policy at its own discretion. Clients who feel unwell or develop symptoms within 24 hours of a visit are asked to call the spa. Payment is accepted through Cash App and Venmo.
