The facial protocol includes high frequency, steam ozone, impurity extraction, ultrasonic peeling and dermaplaning.

Microblading uses herbal, water-based pigment and sterile needles prepared for each client, and the salon says results can be achieved in about an hour. Permanent eyeliner and dipliner are designed around the shape of the client's eye and face before application, and the salon says the process is painless and uses creams around the eyes. Lip micropigmentation can correct asymmetry, add fullness, cover scars, reshape the lips and restore lost pigment.

The salon shapes cuts and color to suit each client's face. Brazilian keratin straightening is listed as taking about three to four hours and lasting about six months.

Several sessions are typically needed, and clients are asked to use SPF 30 or higher between sessions. Aftercare advises avoiding very hot showers, saunas, jacuzzis and pools for 48 hours and avoiding gym or sports for 24 hours.

Booking requires a $30 deposit that is applied to the chosen service. The deposit is non-refundable if a client misses the appointment or cancels less than 24 hours ahead, and a new deposit is needed to rebook after a missed or late-cancelled visit.

Treatments and styling are tailored to the individual, with cuts, color and brow shape matched to each client's face or eye shape. Microblading and eyeliner work is customized and uses needles prepared for each client.
