The lash menu covers classic, hybrid, volume, mega classic and mega volume extensions, applied as full sets or refills. Classic sets put one extension on each natural lash, with no set count, while mega classic sets add more texture and density. Hybrid sets mix classic and 5D to 6D volume lashes for a fuller, slightly dramatic look, and volume sets use 8D to 9D lashes per natural lash. Mega volume sets use 10D to 12D lashes. Bottom lash extensions add length to shorter lower lashes, though they do not last as long each week as top extensions. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks, depending on how well natural lashes are retained and how they are cared for, and they are only booked when at least 40% of the extensions remain; otherwise a full set is needed.

For brows, Brow Design shapes the arch with mapping and threading and leaves room for growth, with a fill or tint to finish. Tint is an optional add-on to that design. Brow Lamination is a one-appointment service that makes brows look thicker and fuller for about six to eight weeks, and includes mapping, threading and tint. Powder Brows is a semi-permanent option that adds fullness and definition with either a soft or a defined finish, and results typically last one to three years depending on skin type and lifestyle. Retouches are offered at one month, one year and two years, and the one-month retouch must be done within eight weeks of the first session.

Lash Lift curls naturally straight lashes, and Lash Lift and Tint adds color as well. The Signature Bundle and Sculpt Bundle combine brow services with a lash lift and tint at a set price. Lash and brow consultations are free. Lash extensions are removed by the salon rather than at home, to protect natural lashes. The salon will also remove extensions applied by another technician, but it cannot guarantee the result in those cases.

Lash removal stays with the salon to protect natural lashes, and refills depend on how much of the set is still in place.
