Revive Spa sits in a unit on Route 130 North in North Brunswick. The spa says its focus is individual care and overall health and vitality, and it aims for trained professionals to deliver each service with high-quality products. The menu spans skincare, massage and body work, waxing, lashes and brows, nails, and makeup, with the owner Samantha leading the lash and facial work.

Clients book by calling or texting the salon, and the same text line is used to say they will be running late. Hours run Tuesday through Saturday with Monday and Sunday closed, and they can shift with technician availability. First-time clients of skincare, lash, waxing or massage services complete intake and consent forms at their visit. Every spa service includes a complimentary 20-minute infrared sauna session before the treatment, but it must be requested when booking. Minors receiving spa or lash services need a parent or guardian present to sign forms and stay for the visit. A card is kept on file for spa, lash and waxing appointments, and changes made within 24 hours of the service carry a fee.

Facials are a large part of the menu. Basic facials address acne, aging, sensitivity and dryness, and cover options such as CBD calming, depigmenting and brightening, and the Revive Signature. Advanced facials use oxygen, chemical peel, microdermabrasion, Hydra-Dermeluxx and microneedling, and many are sold in sets of 3, 6 or 9. All facials use Bioelements skincare. Samantha's Master Facial is the owner's own design, combining the Revive Signature with acupressure, crystal therapy, gadgets and hand and foot add-ons. A teen facial is offered for ages 13 to 17 with parental consent.

Massage is available in 60- and 90-minute sessions in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal and CBD pain-relieving styles, and the CBD massage oil contains no THC. Body treatments include Dead Sea and CBD scrubs, a detoxing wrap, and a showerless seaweed wrap. Lash extensions use the Xtreme Lashes brand, and Yumi lash lifts are offered alone or with tint. Packages that combine services, such as the Glam Pass and the Rewind and Revive, are sold in person or by phone rather than online.
