SoLash'd has two locations, one at 720 Thimble Shoals Blvd in Newport News and one at 240 Mclaws Cir in Williamsburg. The Newport News studio is open Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. The home page describes the lash extensions as luxury.

Lash extensions come in Classic, Light Volume (Hybrid), Volume and Dramatic Volume (Mega) sets. Full sets start at $165 for Classic, $190 for Light Volume (Hybrid), $215 for Volume and $280 for Dramatic Volume (Mega), and fills are priced by style at two, three and four weeks. Extensions last about two to three weeks, so fills are recommended every two to three weeks. A Premium Lash Upgrade for $10 can be added to any set, and a $20 colored lash add-on takes about 30 minutes. Clients who may run late can add an Extended Grace Period for $25. Lash removal is $25, and the salon does not fill lashes applied elsewhere; old extensions must be removed and a new set applied by a SoLash'd artist. Lash lifts ($80, about an hour) curl natural lashes semi-permanently, and lash tints ($35) take about 30 minutes.

Brow services include brow lamination for $80, a semi-permanent treatment that straightens and sets brow hairs over about 45 minutes, brow tinting for $15 and brow shaping for $15. Waxing is offered for brows ($15, about 15 minutes) and lip ($10, about five minutes). A back facial and facial costs $165, takes about two hours and is suitable for all skin types. The salon also sells aftercare products and merchandise.

The salon offers two-day lash artist training classes covering sanitation, materials, tools and work on a live model. Courses are offered at two levels, Classic and Volume, and beginners must start with Classic. The class costs $900, with a $200 deposit to hold a seat and the balance due by the first day. Students register for both days through the booking site, and a lash kit with supplies is included.

Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup and without curled lashes or mascara on the day before or the day of an appointment. Extensions should stay dry for at least 24 hours after application, and aftercare calls for oil-free makeup removers and cleansers while avoiding heat, steam, saunas, friction and eyelash curlers. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee; later changes are charged half the service amount, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full amount. Arriving 10 minutes or more late carries a $10 late fee, and there are no refunds once services have been performed. Children under 10 are not permitted on the main floor.
