A visit typically starts with a booking, since walk-ins are not taken and availability is limited. Clients who are unsure what they need can book a 15-minute Zoom consultation about their particular brow case and goals, and the fee counts toward an appointment booked within 30 days. Before a visit, clients should avoid tinting, lamination, waxing or threading their brows for two weeks, avoid retinol, exfoliants and active skincare around the brow area for seven days, and arrive with clean brows free of makeup, oils and brow products. Clients must disclose skin conditions, medications and recent treatments, and services may be adjusted or declined if there are contraindications.

The menu covers brow waxing and shaping, a razor-and-tint option for clients who are sensitive to waxing, lamination and tint packages, timed touch-ups at four to ten weeks, and virgin brow services in combination and ombre powder styles. Lash services include a tint, a Korean lash lift with tint, and removal of extension adhesive. Lip, chin and full face waxing are also offered.

Deposits secure most appointments and are applied to the total, at $15 for most services and $50 for ombre powder brows, combination brows and touch-ups. Deposits are non-refundable. Clients who no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit, and no-shows are charged the full service total. Clients arriving 10 to 15 minutes late must reschedule. After a no-show, future bookings require full payment upfront. Squeeze-in appointments are offered on a limited basis for an extra $30 and are not guaranteed. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Accepted payments are CashApp, Apple Pay, Zelle, cash and card. The business does not work over previous brow tattoos unless the work is its own or a consultation has approved it. Permanent makeup clients are directed to the prep details on the business's website. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 3:30 PM, and Thursday 10 AM to 3 PM, with the business closed on weekends.
