The salon describes itself as a place where clients feel beautiful, calm and pampered. Each styling chair has a mirror in front of it, the lighting is chosen to reduce shadows, and shampoo chairs are built with neck support.
Color and blonding both finish with a scalp massage. Color is mixed as a custom formula for each client, from grey coverage through to fashion shades. Blonding is planned around the lift a client wants, with different levels of coverage and personalized placement. Extensions begin with an in-depth consultation, a custom color match and care tips, and come in several installation methods and colors.
Appointments are requested by phone call or text, and the salon confirms within a business day. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. A 15-minute grace period follows the scheduled time, and a no-show is charged half the requested service as a rescheduling fee. Blonding, color and extension prices are set for each service and are not listed on the site. The salon says it uses only top-quality hair products and only considers stylists who have shown a high level of skill.
