Quoted prices shift with the stylist's experience and with how long or how thick a client's hair is. Services whose price varies carry a plus sign. A discount counts only when the service total reaches $45 or more, measured before taxes and fees. Discounts can't be stacked with other promotions unless a promotion says otherwise, and they exclude retail products, taxes and extra charges. Clients should raise any discount or promotion at check-in and again before the service begins. Tips aren't part of service fees; they can go on a card or be handed over in cash. Payment is accepted by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead. Later cancellations may be charged 50% of the reserved services' cost, and so are no-shows. If a service needs a re-do, it is offered within 7 days of the original appointment and is handled by the original stylist with a manager overseeing. Re-dos do not cover changes to the service that was originally requested.

Children may not be in the salon without an adult. Those aged 12 and up can sit in the designated waiting area. Younger children arriving in carriers or strollers must stay away from service areas and must never be left alone. Under Texas state law, pets are barred from the premises, but service animals are welcome. By coming in, guests agree that photos or video may be used for promotional purposes; anyone who would rather not appear should mention it when they arrive. Client information is used only for booking, questions and contact, and is never passed to outside parties.
