The Temecula suites are at the Promenade Mall on Winchester Rd., on the north side of the mall next to Starbucks and the mall entrance. The location has its own exterior entrance and a large parking area. Each suite has a glass door with an individual lock and key, and renters receive a key of their own. Suites include full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, utilities and Wi-Fi, and 24/7 security. Access is around the clock, though hours can vary by location.

Renters pay a single weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices, keep all of the profits from their services, and may sell retail products of their choice while keeping the product profits. Renters also have access to liability insurance, and disability insurance in certain areas.

Renters receive a start-up manual covering checklists, licensing and permit guidance, studio setup, credit card processing tips and retail distributor contacts. Sola Salons also offers continuing education programs and industry events to suite renters.

Each Sola Salon Studios location is independently owned and operated. The company is not responsible for franchise owners' or independent professionals' operations, employment or personnel matters.

Sola Salons gives independent professionals their own private space and full control over pricing, product sales and work hours, with the weekly fee covering the essentials.
