Brow work is the core of the menu. Nanoblading uses a very fine needle to place pigment in small, hair-like strokes, and results typically last about eight to twelve months, varying by person. Microblading is also offered, and powder brows, soft brows and combo brows (nanoblading plus shading) round out the brow options. Eyebrow design is $50, or $60 with tint; it follows a signature mapping technique, and the tint lasts up to two weeks. Color correction for eyebrows is listed at a special price of $390, with a regular price of $490.

Beyond brows, the studio offers semi-permanent eyeliner, where results last about sixteen to twenty-four months, and lip blush, where color, shade and intensity can be adjusted to the client. Lip pigmentation is described as a way to address uneven color, loss of color or lack of lip definition. Scar camouflage softens the contrast between skin shades on areas with cuts, small burns or white marks, and results last about twelve months; pigments are matched to skin tone. Hydra Glow Lips, a microneedling lip treatment, is recommended in two to three sessions spaced once every 30 to 45 days. Lash lift and tint is offered for natural lashes without extensions, at $100.

Each procedure is preceded by topical numbing cream, applied before and during the session. Procedures usually take one to three hours, and a touch-up is scheduled four to six weeks later. Touch-ups must be booked with the original artist. Client testimonials on the site describe the procedures as painless. Anyone who has had prior semi-permanent or permanent makeup must have a consultation before booking a semi-permanent procedure. Online consultations are free, while in-person consultation prices vary; the consultation fee is applied to the procedure if the client books. Clients must be 18 or older. The studio also lists pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain medical conditions and blood thinners as reasons not to book.

Policies include a five-minute grace period for eyebrow design, brow lamination and lash lift, and a fifteen-minute grace period for semi-permanent services. Rescheduling an included touch-up with less than 24 hours' notice carries a $50 fee. Major credit and debit cards and cash are accepted, and any remaining balance is due at the first appointment. Gift cards are sold online in $80, $300, $450 and $600 amounts, or in a custom amount.

The studio also runs classes. Its self-paced online nanoblading course offers 4K videos, a live model procedure video, continuing support from the team and a certificate of completion. Students need no prior experience, and no cosmetology or esthetician license is required. The booking page lists a lip blush class at $2,700 and an eyebrow technique class at $4,500.
