Tenants have a lot of control over how they work. They set their own service and product prices, keep all of their profits, choose the brands and products they sell, and set their own work hours within the access hours for this location. One flat weekly payment covers rent along with all utilities and Wi-Fi. According to the company, that works out to about what a chair or booth costs to rent. Suites are open to a wide range of independent professionals, including tattoo artists, waxers, permanent makeup artists, nail techs, lash techs, massage therapists, makeup artists, medical spa suite users, brow techs, laser hair removers, hair extension specialists, barbers, estheticians, hairstylists and health and wellness practitioners.

The business is built around independent operators, who set their own prices, hours and product lines in their own suite.

Each suite is decorated by its tenant, so the feel varies from one room to the next.
