The location rents suites to self-employed professionals who run their own businesses. Renters include barbers, brow technicians, estheticians, hair extension stylists, hairstylists, health and wellness practitioners, laser hair removal specialists, lash technicians, makeup artists, massage therapists, medical spa operators, nail technicians, permanent makeup artists, tattoo artists and waxing specialists. According to the salon, the suites suit private one-on-one services.

Studios are equipped and ready to use from the start, with tall cabinetry, large glass doors, shampoo basins and styling chairs. Suites have full-spectrum lighting.

Suite holders pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. Access hours vary by location, and holders set their own schedules. They also set their own service and product prices, choose the brands and products they sell, and keep all of the profits from both.
