Each franchise location is independently owned and operated, so details such as access hours can vary from one site to another. The company states it has more than 20,000 independent business owners in its community.

A renter leases a suite and uses it as their own salon business. Each suite has a glass door with its own lock and key, and comes with full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl and a styling chair. The building provides 24/7 security, and renters pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi, with no additional fees stated.

Renters set their own service and product prices and keep the profits from both. They also choose the brands and products they sell and keep all of the profit from product sales.

The Woodhaven location, at Allen and West Road, offers free parking and serves nearby communities including Trenton, Riverview, Gibraltar, Grosse Ile, Flat Rock, Rockwood, Southgate, Wyandotte, Taylor, Lincoln Park, Allen Park and Ecorse.
