Each location is independently owned and operated, so policies such as access hours can differ from one site to another.

Tenants get a key to their own suite with an individual locking glass door, and they set their own working hours within the building's access hours. They also set their own service and product prices and keep what they earn, including profits from any products they choose to sell. Sola states that a suite can cost about the same as renting a chair or booth. Tenants pay a single weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi, with no added charges.

Each suite comes with full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl and a styling chair. The walls are sound-insulated and the rooms are ventilated, with instant hot water. Shared spaces include a breakroom, bathroom facilities, on-site laundry and janitorial service, and the building has 24/7 security.
