The salon works with a range of independent stylists who work in the space and set their own pricing and schedules. Clients can choose a stylist by budget, style or availability, or book directly with the stylist they want. Services are grouped into Cut & Style, Haircuts & Style, Color and Extras. Cut and style appointments run about 45 minutes, and barber cuts about 30 minutes. Children under 12 have their own haircut pricing. Formal blowouts and shampoo blow dries are offered for events and everyday styling. Color services include all-over color, root touch-ups, glosses, partial and full highlights, and partial and full balayage, with corrective color priced per hour by consultation for Levels 2 to 6. Extras include bowl balayage, beard trims, extra time for things like flat iron work, and Kérastase Fusio-dose and Premiere treatments.

H Studio Salon is a L'Oréal Professional Elite Black salon and has a partnership with L'Oréal Professional. Also in Mission Viejo, Heather's Place Boutique sells apparel, gifts and self-care products. H Studio Collective Academy, likewise in Mission Viejo, is an in-person beauty education program for newer and experienced stylists.
