About

Sola Salons Heights West is a suite rental business rather than a salon with staff. Each renter gets a private, move-in ready studio, equipped for their trade, and runs it as their own business. The location is part of the Sola Salon Studios franchise, and each franchise location is independently owned and operated.

The suites are designed for a range of professionals. Salon suites include a styling chair and a shampoo bowl, while medical and wellness suites are set up for their own uses. Stated users include hairstylists, estheticians, medical estheticians, permanent makeup artists, barbers, nail techs, massage therapists, chiropractors, psychiatrists, IV therapists and other wellness experts.

Each suite has a private glass door with its own lock and key, and renters have 24/7 access, though access hours vary by location. The building has 24/7 security, janitorial service, on-site laundry, bathroom facilities, a breakroom and instant hot water.

Renters set their own prices for services and products, choose which brands they carry, and keep the profits from both. The business describes its renters as owners of their own boutique salon and says it has more than 20,000 independent business owners in its community.

Sola treats each renter as the owner of an independent boutique business, with full control over pricing, brands and profits.
