Each suite has a private glass door with an individual lock and key, along with full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl and a styling chair. Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi, and the suites have 24/7 security and 24/7 access, with hours that vary by location.

Tenants set their own prices and work hours, choose the brands and products they sell, and keep the profits from both. Each tenant has exclusive use of their supplies and equipment. The company states that a personal suite costs about the same as renting a chair or booth.
