Each location is a franchise and is independently owned and operated.

Each suite is move-in ready and comes fully furnished with cabinets, shampoo bowls and styling chairs. Tenants have their own key, a glass door with an individual lock, and exclusive use of their supplies and equipment. Suites have 24/7 access, though access hours vary by location, so tenants can set their own work hours. Tenants can decorate their suites as they like, including with artwork, music and furniture.

Rent is a single weekly fee that includes utilities and Wi-Fi, with no additional fees. The company says leasing a suite can cost about the same as renting a chair or booth in a traditional salon. Shared amenities include on-site laundry, a breakroom, full-spectrum lighting and sound-insulated walls. Tours of the location can be scheduled.

Tenants set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they sell, and keep all of the profits from both. Each salon professional or business in a suite is independently owned and operated, and the company says it is not responsible for their operations or staffing.
