Suites are move-in ready and fully furnished, set up as private medical and salon studios. Each has a private glass door with its own lock and key, sound-insulated walls, full-spectrum lighting, and a shampoo bowl and styling chair. Shared amenities include on-site laundry, bathroom facilities, instant hot water and 24/7 security.
Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices and keep all of the profits, including from products they sell. Access hours vary by location, but tenants can set their own schedules with 24/7 access. The company says it has a community of more than 20,000 independent business owners.
