The menu is organized into color, cuts, face, men's services, and style and treatment. Color ranges from single foils at $7 each and toners from $15 up to partial foils from $70 and full foils from $115, with balayage and ombre starting at $130. Brazilian Blowout is priced from $310 to $320, and Keratin Express starts at $130. Several services are quoted as a starting price or a range, and hair extensions require a consultation before booking.

Booking is done through the salon, and a credit card is required on file to reserve an appointment. The salon confirms appointments by call, text or email at least 24 hours ahead. Clients get a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which the salon calls to check in. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or no-call appointments are charged 50% of the reserved service, starting at $25. The salon accepts card payments only.

Hours differ by location. BlackHorse is open Monday 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday to Thursday 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sunday. Fairfield keeps the same weekday hours with Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM. The Heights is closed Monday, open Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday 8:30 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM.
