Each suite has a glass door with its own lock and key, so a tenant can keep their space private and secure. Security is provided around the clock, and the suites include utilities, on-site laundry, janitorial service, bathroom facilities and a breakroom. Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi.

Tenants set their own service and product prices, choose the brands and products they sell, and keep the profit from both. Sola says that renting a suite can cost about the same as renting a chair or booth. Sola also says it has more than 20,000 independent business owners in its community and over 750 locations nationwide. Access hours vary by location, so it is worth checking with the specific site.
