Each suite comes with a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and ventilation. Shared spaces include bathroom facilities, a breakroom, on-site laundry, janitorial service, instant hot water and full-spectrum lighting. Suites have their own lock and key behind a glass door, and the building has 24/7 security. Access hours are 24/7, though they vary by location.
Renters pay a single flat weekly fee that includes utilities and wireless internet. They decide what they charge for services and products, select which brands and products to carry, and keep all earnings, including retail sales. The building shares a shopping center with Jersey Mike's and Clean Eatz.
Tenants run their own businesses in their own suites, setting their own prices and choosing their own brands, and keep the income they earn.
