Each suite has its own glass door with an individual lock and key, and access is 24/7, though hours vary by location. The suite comes with full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and sound insulated walls. Shared amenities include janitorial service, bathrooms, a spacious breakroom, on-site laundry, instant hot water and 24/7 security.

Rent is one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. The company says there are no surprise fees and that bills are simplified, and that a personal suite can cost about the same as renting a chair or booth. Suite owners set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they sell and keep all of their profits.
