Sola Salons

Sola Salons offers independent professionals their own private suite rather than a chair in a shared room. The business describes its Edgewater location as a premier private medical, wellness, salon and spa suite rental, and says it has more than 20,000 independent business owners. Each Sola Salon Studios franchise location is independently owned and operated, so details can differ from one location to another.

Suites are move-in ready and fully furnished, with a shampoo bowl and styling chair included. Each has a glass door with its own lock and key, and the building offers full-spectrum lighting and 24/7 security. Tenants pay one weekly fee that includes utilities and Wi-Fi, then set their own service and product prices and keep the profits from both.

Suite access hours vary by location, and tenants choose their own working hours. The suites are built for a wide range of practitioners, from hair and beauty professionals to massage therapists, chiropractors, medical professionals and IV therapists, so the building suits people who want to run their own business from a dedicated space.

Sola Salons leases private suites so independent professionals can run their own businesses, set their own prices and control their own hours.

Each suite is private, with its own glass door and lock, and comes fully furnished.
