Suites are move-in ready and fully furnished, with a styling chair, a shampoo bowl, full-spectrum lighting, instant hot water and ventilation. Shared amenities include on-site laundry, bathrooms, a breakroom and janitorial service, and the walls are sound-insulated. Each suite has a glass door with its own lock and key. Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi, and suite access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, though hours vary by location.
