Each suite has a glass door with an individual lock and key, so the renter has exclusive access. Suites include full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and bathroom facilities. Renters may decorate with their own artwork, music, furniture and decor.

Renters pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they sell, keep all profits and set their own work hours. The location offers 24/7 access, with hours varying by location, along with 24/7 security, on-site laundry, instant hot water and janitorial services.
