Each location is independently owned and operated as a franchise.

Each of the 33 studios has a glass door with its own lock and key, a styling chair, and a shampoo bowl. Studios are set up for hair stylists, estheticians, makeup artists, eyelash and eyebrow artists, nail technicians, and massage therapists. Renters pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. Other included amenities are 24/7 security, full-spectrum lighting, sound-insulated walls, ventilation, on-site laundry, instant hot water, a breakroom, bathroom facilities, and janitorial service. Access hours vary by location.

Renters can sell retail products of their own choosing and keep all of the profits. They also have access to liability insurance and, in certain areas, disability insurance, along with retail distributor discounts, online scheduling promotions, and continuing education programs. New renters receive a start-up manual that covers checklists, the salon and other licenses and permits they may need, studio setup, and credit card processing, plus a list of retail distributor contacts.

The location also hosts community gatherings for renters, such as cocktail parties and family picnics.
