Sol Skin Rituals is inside Inda Salon on North Ponce de Leon Boulevard in St. Augustine, set back behind Bar Citra. Guests can leave a car on the street in front of Bar Citra or use the lot beside the cafe, on its left side.

The studio's core service is The Sculpt, a facial massage focused on lymphatic flow, connective tissue release and facial sculpting. Treatments use handcrafted botanical oils and balms. The 60-minute version includes a 15-minute holistic skincare check-in, for 75 minutes in total at $150.

The Sculpt + Buccal runs 75 minutes of treatment plus the check-in, for 90 minutes in total at $180. It adds intra-oral buccal massage, performed with gloves, aimed at deeper release of facial and jaw tension. The studio says this can offer relief from TMJ, headaches and sinus pressure.

Sessions include breathwork, meditation and a custom playlist. Masks are hand mixed in the treatment room without preservatives, and the Rose Glow Exfoliating Mask and Mermaid Hydration Mask can be added on. The site does not list prices for the add-on masks.

Mild, temporary tenderness and skin flushing are considered normal after facial sculpting and buccal massage. People who are dehydrated or new to lymphatic work may notice mild headache, fatigue or congestion, so clients are advised to drink plenty of water before and after. The studio recommends appointments every 2 to 4 weeks, with weekly sessions possibly helpful for a short stretch for acute concerns. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and a missed appointment counts as a missed session, so late clients are asked to text or call as soon as possible.

Treatments are meant to support lymphatic circulation, blood flow and facial muscle tone through hands-on, holistic work rather than a long list of products.
