Every visit can begin with a free consultation to talk through hair health, hair goals and pricing before a service is booked. Haircut and color services are planned around the individual client, and the salon can adjust a cut to a client's hair, lifestyle and goals.

The color menu runs from The Gloss, which refreshes dull or faded color without a major change, through root retouches, face framing highlights and full or partial dimensional color. The Lived In service uses balayage or foilyage with soft brightness around the face and root melt for slower grow-out.

Blowout services include a shampoo and blowout, or a blowout finished with curls, waves or flat iron styling. Haircuts range from a bang trim and a child's cut for ages 10 and under to short cuts maintained with clippers and scissors and customized signature cuts. Event styling covers weddings, prom and other major occasions, with a consultation first for bridal parties. Deep conditioning and bond repair treatments are also offered.

The salon is open Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and it is closed on weekends. A 25% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
