Every appointment starts with an in-depth needs assessment so the stylist can understand what the client wants before any work begins. Every cut and color includes a complimentary neck and shoulder massage, and visitors can book a complimentary tour of the salon. Hair consultations are available, and corrective color and extension services are priced after a consultation.

The salon uses four stylist levels, Stylist, Senior Stylist, Master Stylist and Executive Stylist, and prices rise with each level. Stylist-level pricing starts at $48 for a men's haircut and $64 for a women's haircut, with the Executive Stylist level at $66 and $88. The salon says it provides ongoing training for stylists on current cutting and coloring trends and aims to help each team member reach their full potential.

Booking terms are set out in advance. Appointments of significant value and time may require a 50% deposit, which is applied to a future visit. The salon asks for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and charges 50% of the scheduled service for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows. Complimentary adjustments are offered within the scope of the service discussed with the stylist, and all sales are final.
