The practice describes its work as guided by clarity, balance and intention, with the aim of facial harmony and collagen support so that results look natural and continue to suit the face as it ages.

A visit usually opens with a full facial assessment. Neurotoxin is tailored to each person's facial anatomy and goals rather than set to a fixed number of units, and treatment plans use careful placement and conservative dosing. Clients are not pushed toward more treatment than they want.

Services run from free new and existing patient consultations through injectables and skin treatments, and the six Signature Packages bundle an assessment, a long-term plan and treatments for prices from $975 to $5,000. Payment plans are listed on the website, and appointments are booked online through Jane. Gift cards for products or services are available.

Changes to appointments need at least 48 hours notice. Late changes or cancellations carry a $150 fee, consultation no-shows are charged $50, and missed appointments without notice are charged half the scheduled cost. Repeat no-shows may need a deposit or may be refused future bookings. Prepaid services, packages and memberships cannot be refunded or transferred, and results are not guaranteed to be identical from person to person; any adjustments are subject to additional cost.

Treatment is planned around facial harmony and collagen support, with each plan customized to the client and dosing kept conservative.
