Stylists are placed in one of six levels based on education, experience and client demand. The team says it keeps its skills current through advanced education, including ongoing training in color and cutting techniques. The stated mission is to work with integrity, commitment and excellence.

Services fall into four groups: cutting and styling, color and highlights, treatments, and other services such as waxing, eyelash services, extensions, perms and relaxers. Cutting includes a consultation, a relaxing shampoo and a blow dry or styling. Prices for cutting, styling and color can rise with hair length, thickness and texture, and clients can contact a location for a quote.

Each location keeps its own hours, listed as 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, so it is worth checking ahead. Color services do not include a blow dry or haircut, which must be booked separately. Appointments of two hours or longer, such as balayage, corrective color, smoothing and extensions, require a $100 deposit that is applied to the service.

The salon says its team commits to ongoing advanced education so its color and cutting knowledge stays current, and it uses B Corp-certified hair products.
