The Parlour Cold Spring is a hair salon on Route 9D in Cold Spring, in the Hudson Valley. The salon describes itself as a luxury hair salon. To find it, look for the entrance around the front of the building facing Route 9D, through the second door.
Clients book online and choose their stylist. Services are grouped into Cut & Color and Extensions. Cut and color work covers haircuts, blowouts, single process color, glossing and toner, face framing and the Scandinavian hairline, and partial or full balayage and highlights. Toner or gloss can be added to any color service, and root coverage can be added to any highlight service, for an extra fee.
Co-owners Bianca and Kierstin both work as head stylists. Bianca has spent two decades in the chair, and blonding, balayage and extensions are central to the work. Toni works at the salon on Wednesdays, and Hannah and Jessica complete the team.

Final prices may vary.
Haircuts, blowouts, single process color, glossing and toner, face framing, and partial or full balayage and highlights. A haircut is $75, a blowout starts at $50, single process color starts at $150, and a full balayage or highlight starts at $275.
