Every visit begins with a consultation that covers your routine, sensitivities, lifestyle and past skincare experience before any treatment is chosen. The facial menu runs from a 60-minute maintenance facial to a 75-minute corrective facial, with a deep clean for congestion- and breakout-prone skin and a skin reset focused on the barrier and inflammation.

Brow services include brow tint, brow lamination, and a combined brow lamination and tint. Lash services include lash tint and a lash lift with tint. Dermaplaning, LED light therapy and a hydrojelly mask can be added to a treatment.

Soft Form Club is a $99 monthly membership that includes one customized facial a month, member pricing on add-ons and treatments, and early access to bookings and new services. Unused facials roll over, members can bank up to two credits, and credits can go toward a lash lift or brow lamination. The membership requires a three-month minimum with no long-term contract. The business also publishes a blog of skincare articles and says it responds to inquiry form submissions within 48 hours.

Treatments start by strengthening the skin barrier before more active work, and each visit is adjusted to what the skin needs that day rather than repeating a fixed set of steps. The aim is long-term skin health and steady maintenance.
