The studio is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 9 AM to 6 PM and is closed the rest of the week. Bookings require agreement to the cancellation and late-arrival policies. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel without a fee; cancellations inside that window are charged half the scheduled services, and no-call/no-shows are charged the full amount. Clients running late are asked to call as soon as they can with an estimated arrival time, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, which can carry a 50% fee.

Brazilian services are offered in both full and maintenance versions, for vulva and penis. A first-time Brazilian or one after six or more weeks is booked as the full service, while a maintenance visit suits clients returning four to six weeks after their last appointment. Bikini services range from a basic cut that leaves hair on the labia and backside to an extended version with more removal. Brows are available to existing clients only, and new brow clients are not currently accepted.
