New color clients can book a complimentary 15-minute consultation to talk through hair history and goals. Root retouches cover up to an inch of new growth, a gloss adds shine and refreshes existing color, and full color applies one solid shade from roots to ends. For blonde hair, a lightener retouch lifts new growth and is recommended every four to six weeks. Balayage is offered as a lower-maintenance option with dimension, and vivid color covers bold, creative shades, sometimes after pre-lightening. Vivid color includes a custom color bomb to use between appointments.

Highlight options include full highlights for blonde contrast and dimension across the whole head, partial highlights focused on the face and crown, and face framing foils placed around the hairline. Haircuts are offered for women and men, and a blowout uses a wash and round brush blow dry. A deep conditioning treatment is available as a 10-minute add-on for moisture, softening and strengthening.

The salon is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM; it is closed Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee, and repeated late changes may lead to a mandatory deposit for future appointments. Appointments are not secured until any required deposit is received. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
