The menu covers braids, twists, cornrows, weaves, locs and crochet styles for women, men and children. Children's box braids are priced $25 below the regular rate.

Clients can bring a photo of a style they like and have it braided, or bring their own hair. The salon sells kanekalon and expression hair, along with an imported human hair blend for braiding. It works with African, Caucasian, Asian, Latino and Arabic hair across all hair types and textures.

Beyond styling, the salon offers braid and weave take-down, hot oil treatment, shampoo and deep conditioning, flat ironing, and touch-ups for braids and twists. Take-down is charged as a service, and touch-ups are priced after the braider assesses the hair in the salon.

Appointments are preferred, though walk-ins are welcome and may wait for an open braider. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and same-day appointments need at least two hours' notice. Payment is expected once 20 minutes of service have started. Services are non-refundable, but a corrective service is offered free within 48 hours, excluding hair and extra products. A second braider adds $25, and appointments outside business hours add $10. The salon also runs a refer-a-friend program.
