New clients booking coloring or highlighting need a consultation before their first appointment, and the color service is planned at that visit. Consultations can also be done virtually by email on request. A consultation is optional for haircuts, and clients unsure which cut to book can choose the 45-minute appointment, with the stylist adjusting it during the visit if needed.

Haircut options range from clipper and barber cuts above the ear to standard precision cuts for most hair types and fine precision cuts for very fine or low-density hair, which focus on shape and movement rather than extra layering. Color services include all over color, root touch-ups with highlights, double-process blonde to brunette color, and a blonding service that aims for the brightest blonde while keeping hair health in mind. Extensions include tape row work, move-ups of existing extensions and new applications with hair blending, which begin with a consultation to match and order hair.

Listed prices are base prices and can rise if a cut needs extra time because of length, density or the result wanted. A $75 deposit applies to all over color, blonding-highlift and balayage bookings. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Color correction and Brazilian blowouts are arranged directly with Dena.
