The bathhouse is organized around six pillars of social wellness: Soak, Sauna, Steam, Snow, Sage and Specialists. The soak area has a thermal pool kept at 104°F and a cold plunge at 45°F. Sauna options are a Finnish cedar sauna at 205°F and a Temazcal at 190°F. The steam room is a botanical steam at 115°F, and a snow and cold plunge area is kept below 32°F. A sage ritual cleanses the air as part of the visit. The thermal circuit combines the thermal spa, cold plunge, saunas and steam. Staff include therapists, estheticians and nurse practitioners.

The Renton location is open Monday through Thursday from 11 AM to 9 PM, Friday and Sunday from 9 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 11 PM. A second location in Nashville, Tennessee is listed as opening in 2027, planned at about 18,000 square feet in River North on the Cumberland River Greenway. According to the business, The Seattle Times named it 2025 Best in the PNW Day Spa.
