A first visit usually begins with a 30-minute in-person new client consultation, which is complimentary for first-time visitors. Filler dissolving requires a telephone consult with Dr. Kaplan first, and the type, location and timing of the filler must be listed. Botox and Dysport are priced per unit with a 10-unit minimum. Weight loss care starts with a 50-minute consult to determine whether injectable medication is appropriate, and bloodwork for medical clearance is an extra charge. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 3 pm, though they may vary.

Policies to know: appointments cancelled, rescheduled or missed within 24 hours carry a $50 fee charged to the card on file, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled. Services are non-refundable and results are not guaranteed, so additional treatments may be needed. Clients are asked to arrange childcare before visits and leave pets at home. Loyalty members earn points on services and products, redeemable toward medspa services but not retail, and are enrolled automatically with their first service.
