The salon offers a wide range of color services. These include glosses and toners, single and double process color, root shadow for a softer grow-out, partial and full balayage, foil highlights, and full platinum blonding where every strand is foiled and finished with a gloss. Color correction is handled as an individual project to fix previous color work, and is priced at $200 per hour. Olaplex can be added to any color service and is required for all lightening. Tip out lightens only the ends and can be added only to another color service.

Treatments are customized for dry, damaged, frizzy or flat hair. The Olaplex treatment rebuilds bonds weakened by chemical processing or heat styling, and a Neuma conditioning treatment is offered for damaged or dry hair. For scalp care, the Actyva package runs for four weeks with a weekly wash, treatment and blow-dry, plus take-home shampoo and conditioner.

New clients complete an email consultation before booking, and online booking is turned off for them. Existing clients may book online, though the stylist must approve each request. A consultation at the salon is free and takes 15 minutes. Color services do not include a cut or blow-dry, so new color clients book a finish along with the color. Prices listed are starting rates and may change. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, and later cancellations are charged 50 percent of the scheduled services. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Refunds are not offered, but adjustments within reason may be made based on the original consultation if requested within 10 days of the appointment.
