Visits are by appointment only. Sessions are then tailored to each patient's body, health history and goals. The clinic uses sterile, single-use needles, and the final 10 to 15 minutes of each acupuncture session are kept for needle removal, checkout and brief questions. The clinic's signature offering is the Spinal Rejuvenation Acupuncture Session, which the clinic calls the founder's signature session and a research-backed protocol. It pairs back acupuncture points with electrical acupuncture, with optional cupping or acupressure. Cosmetic acupuncture sessions run 90 minutes and include facial gua sha, facial cupping, a hydrating face mask and selected body points; the standard protocol is two treatments a week for 5 to 6 weeks, followed by maintenance every 4 to 6 weeks. Herbal medicine and TCM nutrition plans are available alongside acupuncture.
The clinic is in Suite 127 inside Phenix Suites, sharing a lobby entrance and a large parking lot in a shopping plaza. Visitors wait in the front lobby, and staff meet patients at the locked Phenix Suites entrance. Appointments are booked and prepaid online. The clinic does not accept health insurance but will provide a superbill on request, and it accepts flexible spending account and health savings account funds. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice in writing by email or text, and late cancellations or arrivals 15 or more minutes late are charged the full session fee.
