Booking requires a deposit on every appointment, and that deposit is applied to the total. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancelling forfeits it. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead through the confirmation email. The remaining balance is paid at the shop in cash, Zelle or Cash App, and payments are final once services have been performed. Clients are asked to arrive freshly shampooed, or they can add a shampoo service for an extra fee. One extra guest may come along, and guest chairs are available, though guests should not stand beside the stylist.
Prices depend on the time a style takes, hair length and hair thickness, and they can rise if extra time is needed. Hair supply, add-ons and final timing vary by service, so online booking shows the final setup. Some styles include hair, and clients can ask the salon to supply it by choosing the add-on when booking. The salon sells braiding hair, Boho hair and Afro human hair. For clients who bring their own hair, it recommends X-Pression Pre-Stretched braiding hair. The salon says it uses premium products.
The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is closed Sunday and Monday.
