Clients book by texting or calling. New clients and anyone without payment history pay a deposit to book, and an appointment is secured once 50% of the service fees have been received. Clients are asked to arrive with clean hair that is fully detangled and combed out from root to end. Anyone arriving early waits in their car until their appointment time, and only the client being serviced is accommodated inside, so children come in only if they are being styled.
Styles are offered for kids, women and men. Braiding can take anywhere from 1 to 15 hours depending on the style and hair length.
