Each appointment begins with a consultation about what SMP can do for the client's situation, and the studio says clients are guided through their options rather than sold to. Online bookings are reviewed and approved by the artist before they are confirmed. Each permanent cosmetic service includes one touch-up, which must be booked within 4 to 6 weeks of the original application or it becomes void. For ombre brows, clients are asked to book at least two weeks ahead and to avoid makeup and sun exposure for 48 hours beforehand.
