Bridal hair and makeup can be done on location or in the studio, for brides, bridesmaids, flower girls and the rest of the wedding party. Wedding packages bundle hair and makeup and can be customised with add-ons. Clients can also book single services such as bridal party hair, bridal party makeup and trials.

Beyond wedding work, the studio's regular services are lash extensions and lash lifts, hydrating facials, airbrushed spray tans made to order, brow waxing, and threading with waxing, and these run through the whole year. Bachelorette parties, group glamour sessions and event makeup can be booked as occasion-specific appointments. Destination weddings have been completed in Australia, New Zealand and the United States, and the studio also travels to hotels and venues outside Apple Valley, where travel fees might apply.

The studio has dedicated beauty stations, facial rooms and treatment areas, plus flexible space for gathering, prep and events. Studio hours are by appointment, and the team typically replies to enquiries within one business day. Bridal and event inquiries go through the contact form, while everyday appointments can be booked through the SmokeShow app on Android and Apple. A non-refundable $50 booking fee per specialist reserves the wedding date and stylist and is not applied to the final balance. Final wedding service details are collected 4 to 6 weeks before the event, the final number of services is confirmed 3 to 4 weeks before, and full payment is due no later than 7 days before the wedding. On-location bookings require at least four services unless a bridal package is booked.

The studio states that every team member has at least 3 years of industry experience. It says it was named 2023 Makeup Artist of the Year by the Twin Cities Makeup Artist Collective, and that it was a Twin Cities Best winner in 2023 and 2024 according to Twin Cities Best Awards.

Both airbrush and traditional makeup techniques are offered, based on client preference. Bridal prep includes facials, skin prep, and brow waxing or threading before the trial and again before wedding week.
