Fresh Faced And Browtiful operates from a suite in Apple Valley, Minnesota, and is run by owner Emily Williams. Advanced Practice Estheticians Emily Williams and Jennifer White handle the treatments, which cover skin care, brows, lashes and makeup.

Each visit begins with a conversation about the reasons behind a client's skin, brow or lash concerns, and treatment plans are built individually rather than repeated from one client to the next. Services include an acne spot treatment, dermaplaning, lash extensions, waxing and a bridal trial makeup session. Dermaplaning requires a signed informed consent form, and lash extensions and waxing require a release form to be completed before the appointment.

Appointments are confirmed when booked and reminded several days ahead. Changes can't be made through the online booking site; clients contact their technician directly or reply to the confirmation or reminder text or email. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to reschedule, adjust or cancel, and changes or cancellations inside that window, as well as no-shows, are charged the full original service fee. Unpaid invoices or failed cards block future bookings with any technician, and electronic invoices are due within 24 hours or the card on file is charged.

Beyond appointments, the studio sells its own product lines, including Essence One body care, Elleevate and Elleeplex mascaras, Bioelements cleansing oil, GlyPro and BHA treatments, and an Age Management Kit. Gift cards are available in $25, $50, $75 and $100 amounts or a custom amount. A loyalty program gives clients one FFAB Point for every $10 spent, which can be redeemed for $10 or $25 off a sale or for a free signature service at 550 points.
