Haircuts range from a dry cut, which is a cut only with no shampoo or blow dry and may need the hair wet first, to a basic full service cut that includes a shampoo, cut and blowout. Shampoo and haircut without styling is also offered, along with a blowout that includes a wash, bangs, and a more involved luxury service called The Signature Experience that adds a custom deep conditioning treatment and a short scalp massage. A K18 treatment can be paired with a full service haircut.

Color work covers gloss, toner and gray blending, a retouch with styling, full single-process color with no bleach or correction, and balayage or full highlights with toner and a K18 treatment. The Pick Me Up Highlight is a maintenance visit for highlights or balayage that the salon suggests every three to six months. Color correction includes three hours, with each extra hour priced separately.

Keratin smoothing (NKST or NKSTB) is offered and is described as lasting up to five months. Special occasion styling is available for events such as prom and quinceañeras. Waxing uses hard wax with three options.

Appointments require deposits on many services, and arriving more than five minutes late may lead to cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are charged the full booked service. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings subject to approval. The salon is closed Mondays and Wednesdays, open Tuesday 4 PM to 8 PM, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 1:30 PM, Saturday 6 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 1 PM to 6 PM.
