Getting there is straightforward. Parking is in the lot off Assembly Drive behind Killingtons Restaurant, and the entrance is the furthest door on the left, with an elevator or stairs to the second floor. The office has an Old Charleston theme, brick pavers at the entrance and views of outdoor areas. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with early morning and lunchtime visits available. The office is closed on Fridays and weekends.

Families can book together, with the aim of keeping the number of visits down for everyone in a household. The practice welcomes patients from infants to seniors and recommends a child's first dental visit when the first tooth appears, usually around six months old. New patient forms can be downloaded and completed before the first visit, then emailed back or printed and brought in. Same-day emergency appointments, free second opinions and interest-free financing are offered, and the office works with several in-network dental insurance providers and files claims for most non-network providers. An in-office Dental Savings Plan is available for patients without insurance, with details on request.

Whitening is a major focus. The practice calls itself the Fort Mill home of free whitening for life. Patients receive custom trays and a tube of whitening gel at their first cleaning or restorative visit, with more gel at routine cleanings about six months apart for those who keep appointments, and trays for touch-ups at no extra cost when needed. The whitening offer is for patients 16 and older. For sedation, nitrous oxide is offered, and Valium or laughing gas is available on request for dental procedures.
