Stella's work aims for sleek, urban looks inspired by Houston. A visit can begin with a free 15-minute consultation. Color is the largest part of the menu, with several balayage styles, foil and baby-light highlights, Air Touch in partial and full versions, toners and glosses, and corrective color that requires an in-person consultation first. Stella also takes time to explain how to keep hair healthy.

Other services include haircuts for men, women and children, blowouts and styling, perms, Brazilian Blowout and other treatments, extension installs and maintenance, lashes, and makeup for events. Extension work starts with an in-person consultation to assess hair needs. A $75 travel fee and a $30 additional product fee for exceeding product usage are listed as separate charges, and Block Color carries a $15 additional product fee per color.
